4.2 Users may not duplicate, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without prior written consent.

4.3 By submitting Content, you grant Wiremail a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such Content as required to provide the Service.

5. Confidentiality:

5.1 Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the term of this agreement secure and undisclosed to third parties.

5.2 This obligation will survive termination of the agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

6.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2 Wiremail does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
